::I agree with the lack of returning calls, some voice mails you are not even able to leave a voice message. But lets start with the front of the line and the miserable receptionists answering the phones. Talk about not answering the phone with a smile, if you are that unhappy with your job-GET A NEW ONE! I just don't understand..is it a requirement in the job description to be rude, snarky, and act like we are all criminals? In fact Im not, Im calling on the behalf of someone, who cant get through due to the voice mail being full , always!! Obviously this stems from upper management, if staff were held accountable they wouldn't be able to act this way on the job. Or maybe they do get to act like their upper management?! Try it elsewhere, and you wont have a job!

::Very few of them actually do their job. Very few. They get a paycheck from the same people who pay the prosecutors. They go to lunch with the people who’s trying to put you away and wheel & deal with your life over a 6 inch Subway Sandwich. Get a real lawyer.
