  Very small bank. Require me to drive over to roll over a CD into a different term. It’s 2023 people. Ever heard about Docusign? Manager and clerk had to call two other people to double check on how to do things. I understand it’s a small bank and needs approvals but come on. Manager was nice though and did help afterwards and saved me from another 4 hour trip to this location.

  Walk in the bank this afternoon asking about opening an account. The teller called a Lady over. I assumed she was going to help me, but she mentioned why do you need to open an account we have no incentives here. I explained I have a mortgage with this bank and she prefers if I have my current bank to auto pay instead of opening the account.

  The females that work at this location are the most irogant, clueless, untrained, broads I’ve ever come across. There’s 4-5 of them, 0 customers besides me and they couldn’t figure out a simple deposit. Their banking policies are older than I am and watching them try and problem solve is the equivalent to watching paint dry, which coincidentally also describes these chicks personalities. RIDICULOUS
