  They smashed and killed my plants while repairing the buildings. They expect management or our HOA to pay to have them replaced. They left a note saying that they are not responsible for any damages. But they are. I am holding them responsible since they did the damage. All this over replacing a few pepper and strawberry plants! Scary thinking how bad it would be handled if there was a bigger issue.
