  I’ve been to this dentist a couple times, the Dr. seems knowledgeable and has been very effective at communication. However, the receptionists here are awesome! Usually at a Dr office, if you call and don’t get an answer, you keep calling until someone finally picks up the phone. Not here!! They call you back in less than an hour. The receptionist really pays attention to your insurance and what will or won’t be covered under your plan- such a great staff.

  The worst place I’ve ever been in,, you take an appointment after a month, then when you go you have to wait at least 2 hours to see the doctor, one doctor work by himself and he do 3 people at the same time, he does nothing only taking X-rays to take money then he says I can’t do this go to a specialist Not recommended

  Horrible service! No bedside manners and rude! 2nd time I went, I had to wait over an hour and when Dr. Patel saw me he didn’t even apologize. Then I scheduled an appt for my son at a later date. A day right before the appointment, the secretary calls me to tell me they need to reschedule because he decided to go on vacation. He has no consideration for patients. Never again!

  I went to this dentist a few years ago. I had just given birth to my son. He did 4 root canals put 2 fake teeth and that was that.. because of the horrible experience with this dentist he incorrectly did the root canals I had to get bone grafting done (painful oral surgery) because I have no idea I had a very bad infection I could not feel it as the nerves were dead. He did not do a good job. It was confirmed! The whole procedure was devastating I am still working on my teeth after this disaster. His receptionist, if she’s still there was always pleasant.. that’s the only good I can say. There’s different type of specialist in the dental field I don’t believe this dentist was trained on certain things..

  I went to him after experiencing a massive horrible dentist and he was excellent and helped me tremendously. id recommend you!
