::Elijah was excellent. Very responsive to the first phone call, able to come out the next day. Spent 2 hours diagnosing a very strange problem with my attic HVAC unit. What I appreciated most was unlike previous HVAC service people from other companies I've had tackle the same problem, he was a professional, approaching the situation as a complex problem that needed to be solved. In our case, the solution was quite unorthodox.
