  Took my board exam here. Overall easy location to get to but easy to pass as well since no clear sign of prometric on outside. I would suggest doing a test run first prior to taking exam here so you dont miss the turn. Free surface parking lot. Computers can shut down or freeze rarely but if you are taking an exam here it will automatically save whatever you were working on the exam and submit it for you. Staff is nice. Bathrooms are old and dusty like jail but yeah.

  Good place. Many people argue about "rude", but this is just a rules of prometric (or certificate's organization). The place is clean and personal was friendly.

  After reading terrible reviews, I was nervous about testing here. But my experience was totally fine. Nothing all that great to write home about, but nothing bad happened either. Staff were direct, yet nice. No one was rude at all. I was a little frustrated about where my computer was located, I could hear some of the staff talking through the glass during my test, even when wearing the very uncomfortable noise-cancelling headphones. But other than that, I had no complaints.

  Going into this center, I was a bit nervous about the experience due to the reviews on here. Being that I had such a different experience, I felt it was necessary to write a review. The staff member at check in (Tina) was very direct while explaining the rules/what can be brought in, but was still pleasant. She needs to be direct because they have to follow specific protocols. If you read your confirmation email, you will be aware of them. But, while sitting in the waiting room, it seems like most people don't. After that, Stephanie took further info including fingerprints and did the inspection. She was very polite and answered any question that came up. I took one break during my exam, Stephanie went through the proper protocol and did it efficiently, knowing that the clock was still running since I didn't have a scheduled break. Upon leaving both Tina and Stephanie were once again very pleasant during check out procedures and wished me luck.

  My experience was positive to the extent that I felt it appropriate to write a review. They followed strict processes (and expected you to do so) but were quite pleasant to deal with if you listened to/followed their instructions. They do have 2 different entries (2 different suite numbers) as mentioned; the suite number I was assigned to was listed in my confirmation email (if that helps). I listened carefully, acknowledged their instructions, and asked questions when I wasn't clear on something. They don't have access to a water fountain as mentioned so prepare accordingly.
