  Never post reviews but this is ridiculous. Just called at 9:50 to make sure there was someone there to see my husband. Receptionist told me yes, come, we're open til 10. My husband got there at 9:56 and the receptionist apologized and said the Dr. had just left, 5 minutes early, even after I called to make sure it was okay for my husband to come. Seriously?! I'm sorry, but what kind of a dismissive jerk do you have to be as a Dr. to say "instead of seeing a patient who may be in all sorts of pain or have some horrible infection or disease, I'm going to run out 5 minutes early from work before they get here."??? I haven't gotten very good care here since 2013 when they first opened - it just happens to be about a minute closer than STAT health down the street. This last episode just seals the deal for me - luckily there are plenty of urgent cares around here.

  Worst experience in my life, my wife had pain in her stomach and they didn't even Check her they told her to go to Emergency. Only thing they did was they took $60 copay from us. Don't even go there save your time and get treated somewhere else.

  I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable and everything was processed quickly and easily. The doctor called today to check in as well. Would definitely go back again!

  I am not sure they know what they are doing. They prescribe the same things for everything. Antibiotic and a steroid, without thinking that is not a good solution. Never go back there, plus their billing department is absolutely horrible. no clue. Go to Northwell Urgent care. Best around
