::Please read this and the other reviews before you go there. I saw that they received low ratings but sadly I didn't get a chance to read the reviews before I went. Wish I had. My daughter was sick. She had a temp of 103.8, she was shaking, incoherent, couldn't even sit up, and her heart rate was extremely elevated. She was also complaining of terrible stomach pain. I'm a first time mother, and I panicked. I wasn't sure if I should take her to the emergency room or an Urgent Care Clinic. I chose the clinic because it was closer. I thought it would be like taking my child to a late doctors office and I figured if they saw it as an emergency, they would tell us. If not, at least I would get a professional opinion. It was a terrible experience. I called as I was on my way to make sure they were open(sometimes hours on google can be wrong), and they told me they were extremely busy. Arrived 5 minutes later and there was no one. Empty! No patients leaving. Not a single car in the parking lot. The girl probably said it so that I would go somewhere else. This leads me to believe that she just wanted to go home early. Extremely rude, cold, very judgemental staff that made fun of the symptoms I wrote down right in front of my face. I ignored it, thinking, 'rude staff, but maybe a nice doctor?" Nope. The first thing the doctor says to me is "This is lethargic to you?" I explained to him that at the house, her symptoms were worse. Then he laughed and said, "when I think lethargic, I think of someone I have to resuscitate" Wait a minute... According to the DOCTOR "lethargic" means someone he has to "resuscitate" REALLY? So, lethargic is the last sign/symptom before someone goes into cardiac arrest? REALLY!? That's what he learned in medical school? No way. It's NOT worth coming here. If you have more time, read the reviews before mine because 100% I believe them. Go to the emergency room if you think it's that bad. Don't waste your time or money here.

::Insisted my Co-pay was $75 when my insurance card and rep said $25. I had to leave because I refuse to be over billed. Now I’ll suffer through the night with a likely case of strep and terrible ear pain. Poor customer service.

::The staff is rude and the medical assistants didn't even give an opportunity to even be seen, yet determined the doctor wouldn't see the patient. I was surprised the way they acted for having no patients and closing at 6, like why work somewhere you don't like your job.

::I would give zero stars if that were an option. I'm not sure the dr who misdiagnosed my daughter even went to medical school. NEVER AGAIN!

::I cannot recommend anyone go here with all the urgent care choices around. I went in with pink eye (told the doctor I got it from my nephews who also had it) so he gave me a prescription and I was on my way. It wasn't until I got to the pharmacy that I realized all he gave me was over the counter allergy drops (I had said I have no allergies). The next night I got much worse and had to find a new place that knew what they are doing. This center both extended my suffering and wasted my money.
