  Nothing by good things to say about P.S.S.M. I've been to other physical therapists in the past and none can compare. Bill P and Courtney are very knowledgeable and were always attentive to my needs.

  What a fantastic experience! Over several months of physical therapy, Bill and Courtney helped me deal with a nasty case of tendinitis. In addition to being brilliant at their jobs, they were both always cheerful and friendly and remarkably good at remembering details of our past conversations (medical and otherwise). I particularly like that I could ask a question about a particular exercise and, if appropriate, Bill could give a really clear, detailed answer that gave me great confidence in his abilities.

  Always professional and courteous. Appointment times are always kept and you never have to wait. Excellent physical therapy staff and equipment is first class. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this practice.

  Outstanding personal and professional care that began with my initial call for an appointment. Dr. Ferrer was able to quickly evaluate my condition and immediately coordinated my appointment for an MRI. He guided me through treatment options and within a day I met with the director of physical therapy who prescribed a program that was revised each visit based upon progress and pain. The physical therapy program is outstanding and the staff manages time and appointments so that each patient receives personal attention and guidance. Most importantly, they take the time to listen and explain what, why and how. Recommend highly and do believe this may be the best team in bergen county.

  Simply impeccable! The entire staff provides such great care and service with a smile. They have set a standard of high level service that ALL offices in the medical industry should follow because it simply does not get any better. As a patient who suffers from severe pain my days are difficult enough and from the moment I walk in the office to the moment I leave they treat me like I am the only patient in the world which I truly appreciate beyond words that I could ever express. No matter how many questions I have either in person or via telephone (and sometimes I have called them 6 times in one day) they are always true professionals and assist me in gaining my answers. I sing their praise because they truly deserve it for being the hard workers they are! I look forward to my visits every month because of their outstanding service. Thank you so much for taking great care of me.
