  First time at the place for car detailing payed over $130, 5 hours later the whole bottom of the truck was not even touched... will never use them again.

  Against my better judgment I returned here hoping the quality of service had improved. I was wrong. Over the past 3 carwashes I experienced the following: 1. Plastic panel pulled off and thrown in my trunk 2. After washing, floor mats are never secured (clips to secure mats are broken off by employees) 3. Trunk is never vacuumed 4. My adorable dashboard hula was broken 5. Interior is poorly cleaned (I often have to re-clean myself) On my most recent visit, my floor mat clips were torn off. I requested to speak to a manager. After waiting 20 minutes a manager's assistant, "Manny" appeared. I explained what happened & he finally agreed to replace the clips. He offered no apology. He did, however, promise to call me later that day to confirm he can get replacement clips. After 2 days and no call back, I finally reached out and he still had no answer. No apology or explanation. Manny also saw firsthand what a crappy car wash I received that day. There was debris in my trunk and the interior was barely wiped down. (I paid for Platinum service) Worst of all, there was no attempt to remedy the situation or assure me it wouldn't happen again. I don't think the owner of this car wash would be happy to know how his management/employees are running things here. #BadBusiness

  I Have been going to this place for at least 10 years and I usually don't post any reviews, but I have to say the quality is going down hill fast. I have a Durango and I had saw dust in the back of my car and they didn't even touch it. They had to have seen it when they were cleaning my windows.

  I have been going to these guys for the past 3 years. And I have to admit the quality of care that is now being given to your car has significantly dropped compared to when I first started. I have been paying over $80 for the oil change with mobile one oil, and you would think that for 80+ dollars I would get excellent treatment to my car. But I found out recently that my levels were low on all my fluids by another mechanic that looked at my car for an issue I was having. Mind you I had an oil change a month and a half ago, and you think that this was done, because on the receipt that they gave me, it showed that all my levels were checked and replaced. They are only interested in getting you in and out fast and the quality of care they give to your car is very low. They weren’t always like this. But I noticed that the past year, they brought in new mechanics and these young guys aren’t good at all. Don’t be like me, find someone to care for your car. Not someone charging you and arm and a leg and doing a poor job on your vehicle.

  This is the 5th time that I go to this place looking for a nice clean on my car and for the FIFTH time these people fail to wash my car properly. My screen is dirty, you can see they didn’t pass a wipe or anything on it, my tires are still full of dirt and dust, no water pressure on the tires. Why do I pay 30 dollars for an “All Platinum Service” wash when they cannot get to the places the service comes with??? I pointed out to one of the workers at the location and said “look my car isn’t even wet in this OUTSIDE area (my tires) he just said “you have to move!!” Because he happened to have another car behind mine meanwhile they’re honking and beeping rather than be professionals and help the situation. TELLING ME TO MOVE like where are your f manners!!???! Worst place to get a hand-wash from. And I’m saying this from the FIFTH time I’ve brought my Jeep there!!
