  Let me start by saying, I couldn't have been in more caring hands. 🤗 After sustaining a foot injury at work my doctor prescribed physical therapy. I was given a list of several places. I chose PPT on 6th ave because it was walking distance from my house. Not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk team were so helpful with filling out the Workers Compensation paperwork. Then I met my therapists Clarisse & Jess. Wow!! After watching me walk just a few steps, Clarisse quickly saw what I was doing wrong & she knew just what to do. The stretches they had me do the 1st day amused me at first but the next morning when I woke up I couldn't believe how my body felt. It was as if I had the most intense workout I've had in months. Over the next few weeks Jess & Clarisse introduced strengthening exercises that didn't just help my foot, but my body overall. Because after all, your feet carry your entire body. I'm not gonna say it was all roses but when I thought I couldn't do something, Jess gave me the firm push I needed. And what I enjoyed so much about this environment was the way all of the team interacted with the patients. So kind to all of us... young & seasoned. There's an energy of warmth & compassion in the room. These physical therapist want all of us to be well & get back to our everyday activities. When I come to Professionals they asked what I wanted out of this. I said well I hope to run again & dance in my pretty shoes without pain. & by the end of my treatment, I knew I could do it! Moonwalking in my stilettos 💃🏾🏃🏿‍♀️
