  This place is horrible, they are billing me for over 4,000.00 because they felt the need to put me with a therapist that is out of my network and didn't even tell me, my ins covers 98% of PT this never happened before, plus you have different people working on you but you get billed by one who is out of network. Why would I accept someone who is out of network for treatment that can take months.

  Place is nice and PT is good. Just know your copay upfront to avoid a tedious refund policy
