  Proactive Physical Therapy provides exceptional care for it's patients by meshing hands-on treatment with reinforcing and strengthening exercises. Before I was treated by Steven Login, I was plagued by shoulder tightness, limited range of motion in my neck, and poor all around flexibility, all of which are very inhibitive in my primary sport of swimming. After visiting for about a month and a half (once a week), my flexibility has vastly improved and I seldom have shoulder pain while swimming, and my performance has shot up. Their facilities are exquisite and their staff are helpful, and I highly recommend it.
