  Our garage door opener popped its circuit breaker the other day, and it do so again after I reset it. Time to call for help. Nain from Pro-Tek arrived even a few minutes before his committed appointment time, and he began to carefully assess the situation and check out the various possible causes of the problem. As he was working, we both heard a dramatic popping noise, and that led him to the cause of our problem: the light bulb socket on the opener unit was shorting out. Nain left the unit configured such that the opener would work without creating a safety hazard, and he wrote the description of the problem perfectly such that the property manager (we're in a rental) could contact a garage door company with the key info to get the defective part ordered and installed. We are very happy with this Pro-Tek technician and with the outcome.
