  One of the last shops in town. There is a nice print lab. I use the rental department frequently, you can’t find a nicer group of photography enthusiasts who know there stuff. Never gotten the cold shoulder here.

  Have consistently received excellent service through multiple purchases. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, love to be able to use photo equipment before buying. Competitive in pricing on most items that I have looked at.

  Knowledgeable and extraordinary helpful in buying a camera product and accessories. This is a place that you really need to go to if you are serious about taking photography even if it's for the first time or you're a longtime professional. I will return and buy products because of the people and the knowledge that this place brings.

  Best camera store in Portland! I wouldn't get my gear elsewhere! Staff is friendly and always eager to help without being too pushy. Great environment and great customers too. I always end up talking to other photographers while we both browse. This store brings the community together. Worth a stop!

  Hands down the best photo rental crew in the game! I have been renting from Pro Photo on a very regular basis (almost every weekend) for around 2 years now. I have never had an issue with any gear and in my experience all of the employees have been extremely approachable and genuinely interested in helping me out. I am a concert photographer so from time to time I will get asked to work the day of events. Unfortunately, that was the case this past weekend.. I was called at noon, on Friday before the eclipse to shoot a concert on Saturday. I immediately called Pro Photo knowing my chances of reserving the gear in need was slim. Tim picked up my call and started looking gear up for me. I knew that most of there inventory was already rented out (because of the eclipse) but I had a few lenses I didn't feel confident working without. After talking a bit more with Tim I ended up reserving most of the gear I wanted, as well as 2 lenses I hadn't even considered before. The photos of the event turned out better than imagined, I was happy, and my client was happy. Win, win, win!! Honestly not sure where my career would be without this company and the wonderful people they employ. I see you all on a weekly basis but I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the whole rental department. You guys (and girls) are the best!!
