  Very friendly and helpful staff. It wasn't clear for me how to get the size that I wanted so they came around and showed me. Took about an hour to complete my project, as promised. Reasonable prices.

  Fair customer service but pretty expensive. They charge 5x the price if you want quality film scans. Sometimes will misplace your film but the developing come out great.
