::Don't do party rentals through this company! I ordered linens for a backdrop for my wedding and they put them up horribly on a flimsy frame. The white linens were dirty and they werent even put on all the same direction for the material to flow smoothly. They didn't even finish putting them on the frame evenly before they left, they left behind a ladder right in front of the backdrop as well. They used binder clups to hold the panels together. The venue had to put in the work to fix it and make it workable for my event. My coordinator spoke with one of the people installing and she never got out of her van to go address the complaints from us. And they drove off. Horrible customer service from staff.
