I went to get a 55gal storage bin. Showed 32 available online. I asked three people because I didn’t see it on the aisle the website said it was on. Their immediate response, without a second of effort, “if you don’t see it we don’t have it. We don’t keep the website updated.” ALL THREE of them. I left the store and placed an order for pick up online at the same store. In two hours I went to pick up the exact item that previously no one was able to even attempt to help me with. It’s not like it was a screw in a sea of screws. It was a HUGE bin. I hate coming here but have to keep coming back... womp womp.

The workers here are soo efing lazy. They rather lie and send out of their face then to actually resolve payment issues with their self check outs.If you go there just be prepared to get your blood pressure up.A nice Puerto Rican guy who is manager DID AN EXTRA MILE RUN FOR ME FOR ME TO GET MY RECEIPT.It took him 3 min.**Home Depot please train your employees to walk 10 miles for the customer and make them happy rather then makingbthemselves as useless humans to society.

I'm tired of coming here to find that my pre-paid order is not processed; that the item I called to confirm is in stock is nowhere to be found; that I'm not even acknowledged when I'm waiting by the pro-desk for assistance; that I have to deal with unnecessary rudeness at self-checkout; that the racks and shelves are totally disorganized and not stocked. This store is the worst in the tri-state area.

If you're a contractor, its worth driving further to go somewhere else. Poor service compared to other Home Depots. Pro desk staff are often in their own world.
