  I left a 5 star review a few months ago, and I'm changing it to 2 after today's visit. Super disappointed. It was like they didn't even clean the seats OR under the seats, and my trunk was left opened ajar and uncleaned. It was like they looked in the trunk and decided to just not do it. I wish I had looked at the car more closely before leaving. I didn't think I had to because my last visit was so great. Oh well. Next time I'll just go elsewhere.

  I was not satisfied with my car wash. When I picked up my car there were still dirty spots found. They did clean it when I pointed it out to them. Once I got home I noticed more spots that have not been cleaned and the holder on my door was full of dirt. My car also did not smell fresh there is a little lingering odor that was not removed. I do give them some credit for respectfulness and effort. Although for getting a detailed carwash I expect better standards. I have gotten better for the same price.

  I was in Hackensack and my car was dirty from the snow. I was looking for a carwash in Hackensack and I came across this one. They did a really good job. I’m a satisfied Customer. 🙂

  Excellent service. They pay attention to detail and always get the car really clean. The VIP wash is a great deal.
