  Customer service was responsive and knowledgeable, shipping was fast. I wanted a clean, comfortable, low-maintenance bike with a step-through frame that would be suitable for child transport and generally getting around town. I got the Classic Plus and it fits the bill pretty much perfectly. I especially love the belt drive. Some thoughts: -The riding position is completely upright and very comfortable. -The coaster brakes take a bit of getting used to - they will skid if you try to slam on the brakes, but they're fine if you brake a bit more gently. I'm glad that there's a front hand brake as well. -The gearing is set so that the bike is always pretty easy to pedal - even the highest gear only gets up to a moderate speed. This works well for me since I'll be carrying a heavy kid most of the time, but you won't be going anywhere terribly fast on this bike. - I wish that there were a chain guard included. Overall I'm delighted with the bike. Nothing else I looked at came close to meeting my requirements for such a low price.

  The Priority Continuum is absolutely Amazing! It is everything the Company says and more. Prepare to have your friends drool all over this bike. It has so much different stuff going on it is mind-blowing!

  Got a priority 8 in the mail very nice for the price. i've been loving how silent the bike is
