  The company I work for had a convention in Vegas and needed some last minute work. We contacted Printing of Vegas and worked with Jason. He ensured me it would be completed by our deadline. 2 hours prior to our deadline, I called to check on the status and Jason informed me that the machine had broken earlier the previous day and he would not be able to complete the project. He begged us not to complain to his boss as he would be fired. He was COMPLETELY unprofessional and he should have informed as right away when the machine broke as we were left scrambling to find another printer. And it just gets better! We had already been charged the deposit. We had to ask for a refund and were not acknowledged for over a week that we would be refunded. By mistake, the company charged us a second time instead of refunding us. Mistakes happen so we contacted the company about the charges and were informed there was a big mistake and they would refund both charges. This was over 10 days ago and no refund. Since then I have sent 3 emails, left 2 voicemail's and have yet to hear back from anyone. This is the most unprofessional company ever. DO NOT USE THEM
