  After a absolute horrible experience at David’s Bridal I found myself at Princess Bridal. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. The owner and his girls were so helpful and compassionate. Not only did they make my experience fun for me they got my 8 year old daughter involved and she had a great time as well. They helped me pick out the perfect dress within my budget and I left feeling confident that I’ll look beautiful on my wedding day!

  I went bridal shopping and I found my dress here!!.The staff was amazing and very involved. Ann specially helped me pick out my gown .she was very upbeat and compassionate.She knew all the right dresses for me to try on ..she made my experience a very memorable one.I left with smiles from ear to ear..i would recommend this bridal shop to anyone

  Had a wonderful experience at Princess Bridals today! Since I only plan on getting married once I am being super picky with my dress compared to anything else I ever have been. They had me in and out of at least 10 dresses and were very sweet and patient. I was lucky to come in at a time when no one else was there and I even had two attendants help to speed up my process. I've had other experiences where I have been pressured to make a choice, but they were not pressuring a sale at all. Shoppe was beautiful! I would definitely recommend!

  Staff is only nice until you order the dress. Then they can't be bothered. Wouldn't even entertain the idea of tailoring my bridesmaids dress after they stated on its meeting they'd be happy to alter it! Could have cared less if my dress even fit. I had to ask to try it on. Not even remotely interested in using this place again. So disappointed.

  I have had a wonderful experience at Princess Bridal. I went there to look for my wedding dress and was successful during my first visit. The staff were super friendly and listened to what I liked and didn't like and were able to narrow down the dresses until we found the one! Since purchasing my dress I have been back for fittings and the seamstress is a rock star. While I was there for my fitting the saleswoman who sold my my dress came over to see how I was doing and genuinely seemed interested in checking up on me. The owner has also been very attentive to my scheduling needs for additional fittings and overall very accommodating. I went to a few other bridal shops and this one by far had the best customer service of them all. If you want superior attention to detail and a beautiful dress I definitely recommend checking out Princess Bridals.
