::Very happy with my gel manicure. I saw Sashi and she did a great job. Very particular, took her time, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Everything is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The only reason why I gave it four stars and not five was because they didn’t have the first color I picked out. I was still happy with my selection and sevice. I live in the city so I don’t come out to green point that often but when I do I make sure I make a stop at primo and polish.

::Worth the extra $$. Mani, pedi is $50. Nice space. Clean and quiet - truly allowing you to unwind.

::I’ve always had good pedicures with Sophia but the staff on the phones today has convinced me it’s time to move on. Curt and unhelpful. I’m a regular client but this is the kind of service that makes regulars move on. Disappointing.

::Pretty bad manicure, especially for the price. They don't even soak your fingernails before working on them.... what's the point?? Pedicure was better but nothing to write home about. Appreciated the hot stone and that's pretty much it. Both mani and pedi were chipped in less than 24hrs. Upsetting! /-:

::Went to Manhattan Ave location. The website says "Gel extensions one color 70+". I booked a gel extension - when I asked for a different shape, I was told it was an additional $10 that I agreed to. But when I got the bill, there was an additional $22 for the use of gel polish instead of regular (I was not told of the price difference). I brought it up to the front desk and they said that since the website says 70+, the prices can vary and they didn't feel the need to tell me it was extra because they don't know who I booked the appointment with. They refused to refund the charge. The nail tech applied the extension at the very tip of my natural nail - not pretending to be an expert, but doesn't basic physics say that will make it much easier to fall or break off, rather than if she had begun the extension closer to the base of my nail? My nails don't feel sturdy at all - I could easily break them all off with minimal effort. The nail tech used an electronic nail file and when I winced, said it hurt, and jerked my hand back a couple times, she just took it again and even seemed a little annoyed (could be projecting there).
