  Small joint, great subs. Was one of the better quality subs and went back a second day

  In town for the Eagle's parade and stumbled on Primo Hoagies. I don't write many reviews but this spot deserves praise. Food and service was exceptional. Reminds me why I miss Philly so much.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered delivery and was quoted 1 hour timeframe. After multiple calls, my hoagies showed up, soggy, 2 hours after the order was placed. I was told during one of those calls that I wouldn't be charged because the delivery was so late. When the charge hit my card, the "owner" told me my order was not significant and laughed at me for wanting a refund. He promptly hungup on me. Worst customer service experience I've ever had - I will never return and advise you to steer clear.
