  I had agent Yesenia Garcia come in my house I advise that she was going to help me with my actual policy to bring more coverage for a lower montly payment. Took my policy a year later has not brough. I contacted her Nov. 2015 said she lost it and was going to replace but never heard from her. She also sold my 21yr old son a policy for $250,000 which was wave too much of what he needed. Im very disapointed of her services and people like her make this company bad. Horrible experience and I would mot recommend doing bussines with this person.
