::I was towed illegally while patronizing a Starbucks on a lot managed by this company at Colfax and Kalamath. I parked in a customer space and was in the Starbucks about 15 minutes. The manager, Dylan, automatically jumped to the conclusion that I must have "left the premises, or this would not have happened." His advice to me consisted of the unreasonable expectation that I try to prove my innocence to the towing company. While recording all my future interactions would be wise, it's not like my default state is to be walking around taking video on my phone 24/7. Prime management wants me to take it up with the towing company whom they hired to monitor their lot, but I know the company will tell me what they already told me. Take it up with Prime Management. It's a passive aggressive game of frisbee keep-away to try to prevent me from getting any legal recourse.
