  I’ve been coming to this place for over seven years and never had an issue. I recently brought my son over here and was so upset by the way that he was treated by the dental assistant. When they took my son back for photos of his teeth, he was trying to talk to the dental assistant, because he was nervous. She kept brushing him off, and then, when he told her that she was doing something that hurt him, she gave him a rude reply. She then proceeded to start cleaning his teeth while brushing and flossing them. She was shoving the floss so hard down into his teeth. You can tell that she was having a bad day. My son literally called me over to hold his hand. She asked my son a question and I corrected his answer. And she proceeded to give me a rude response by saying “I asked him and this is what he said.” What kind of customer service is that?! And when I said something to her, she got mad and shoved her chair and proceeded to get up and say that she was going to get the dentist and ran out the room. Aren’t they supposed to make the experience better for kids? Most kids are scared of the Dentist anyway! I spoke to the dentist. And when I returned, I looked over and saw a different dental assistant, who was not working on my son, scrolling into our chart and getting our personal information. That is against HIPAA law. It is unprofessional. And it’s been reported. And she had no reason getting any information from our files. I spoke to the office manager and they said that the lady was new. I don’t care if she’s new or not if she’s going to be working on kids, she needs to have some more respect. PUT HER TO SANITIZE OR SWEEP BECAUSE SHE’S NO GOOD! Save your self the stress. I’ll never step foot in here again. Dr. Chad doesn’t even treat you. He has the dental assistants do it. How lazy!

  I went in multiple times and I would say about 4 different times they promised me that I would have no charge because my insurance would cover it , They lied to me every single time and apparently something happened that made it not covered and so I had to pay out of pocket. They lied to me saying it was covered just for me to have to pay eventually and make me that same promise and again why was I getting billed for it ?! The times I been there they care about payment a lot more than they care about their procedures or work and they have done very poor work on me every time. It’s a huge rip off and i will never be returning !!!!!!

  ABSOLUTELY BEST DENTIST OFFICE . I've been coming here for years. My mother first brought me here as a kid, and I still go here at 24 years old. I recommended my fiance, and she soon recommended her mother and younger siblings here as well. Everyone is super kind, the front desk ladies (sophie & rita) are both soo sweet and helpful. I've had so much work done to my front teeth that I got 4 new crowns. They worked well with my insurance and what I couldn't cover, the doctor covered as a wedding gift so l could have a great smile for our wedding photos. I've never had such hospitality and kindness from a dentist office, or even heard of it. Highly recommended!!

  First-time patient— really great experience! I took advantage of their new patient special for a comprehensive exam and x-rays for $49. Ended up having a small cavity. They were able to get me in the next day to get it filled and also have a cleaning done. All the staff were kind and explained the process. Clean facility and efficient. They get you in-and-out pretty fast. Looking forward to my follow-up visit in six months.

  Happy I discovered this dentist over 12 years ago. Quality have Never dwindled and each staff addition makes them even better. My children have never had a bad experience and actually still look forward to visiting every time. I would never trust another dentist with my kids' teeth the way I trust Dr.Chad and his awesome staff.
