  I went in today after a jet ski accident. Everyone of the staff was wonderful. They saved me almost 900$. I highly recommend this team to take care if all of your urgent care needs. The radiologist tech/nurse, the doctor and front receptionist were exceptional.

  I have had to visit PrimaCare on N. Tarrant Parkway, on two separate occasions; the first 2017 for an Upper Respiratory Infection and, recently for a broken bone. Both times, my PCPs office was closed due to it being either; ‘after hours’ or a weekend. From check-in to discharge, the service was the same.... excellent! Upon arrival, you are greeted with professionalism and, a smile! The waiting room was very clean and comfortable, and wait time to be seen was minimal. Over the years, I have gone to several ‘urgent care’ facilities, either for me, or with a family member or friend. With each experience being pretty much the same... once you waited and waited to be seen, you were rushed through without really being ‘heard’. Leaving with that feeling of question - ‘The diagnosis sure doesn’t sound or feel right’... At PrimaCare, I Never had that question or feeling! Both times, different physicians, same experience! Friendly, yet professional. They listened to ME, before and after treatment. Addressed possible ‘side effects’, options and, valued my input regarding my health. I know there’s a time ‘protocol’ that medical facilities go by for wait time ratings, etc., and, even though my actual time at PrimaCare was minimal, I did not feel as if my care was being compromised due to ‘beating the clock’. My physicians valued me. They addressed my concerns and my questions, taking the time to explain how & why my diagnosis was made. Speaking to me as a person and, not as a medical encyclopedia.

  Very nice facility with friendly reception service and helpful staff. Quick check In and out. Feeling better after steroid shot for the beginnings of a sinus infection. Need to sqush it quickly as we are going out of town...and that what they helped me to do. Also love seeing the old 60’s sitcom Petitcoat Junction while I waited a few minutes.

  Heidi is AMAZING. The rest of the crew was just as terrific! But Heidi went above and beyond to explain the process to me and helped me though it all. PrimaCare - this is one you need to keep around - I own my own business and employees like her are hard to find - and keep. Thank you Heidi for your help, patience, and kindness. I appreciate you.

  I called the Alliance location and requested the wait time. Was quoted 60-90 minutes wait. I then went to the online and did the checkin and it was showing immediate availability. So i checked in and went right away to the clinic. While there I did the online in line check and was at the front of the line. Great, I'm happy and the place is empty of any other customers. My observation listening in on 2 of the receptionist calls is that she consistently quotes a 60-90 minute wait even though no customers were present. The place was a ghost town and the staff appeared to all be there as normal. Do yourself a favor and check-in online and you'll get a more accurate view of how busy the place really is. I would have given more stars if I hadn't seen this misleading information first hand.
