::Kinda frustrated with the fact that I can't seem to get ahold of anyone. I really want to set up an appointment to start transitioning, but the number listed on Google just rings to beeping. I tried calling the McCafferty Health Center, since I'm pretty sure they're located in the same building, or they're at least listed on the same website.. The woman I spoke to gave me the supposed number to the clinic and said she'd transfer me, but she transferred me to a patient's room in the rehab center? And when I tried calling the number she provided, it just rang to voicemail, with no indication that the number I had been given was actually to the clinic. I'm sure that the doctors and staff at the clinic are fantastic, but I unfortunately can't even give a review on my experience as a patient.

::So incredibly impressed by the doctors, nurses, and everyone who works here. My identity as a trans person was respected 100%, and I was given time and consideration like I'm not used when going into the doctor's office. All around wonderful clinic!

::i live over 3 hrs away and ive got to say that Dr. Ng is a wonderful doctor and has been a great asset to my medical transition after some struggles with an old therapist. I'm happier now than ever b4 and will recommend them to the fellow Nonbinary and Trans* members of my community. worth the drive every time. make a day trip out of it if u can they are up to date on the phrases and lingo and are welcoming to being educated when not wait times can be hellishly long so dont plan on keeping a tight schedule the day your appointment is. it doesn't bother me much, because it just means they are doing their job right the staff is diverse and freindly and its always a pleasant atmosphere to walk into

::Dr. Ng has always been very accommodating of my unique communication needs, enabling me to manage my care with him independently. He has also been understanding of my nonbinary gender identity as it relates to my medical transition. The wait times can be very long, though. You should plan to spend several hours.
