  I switched to Preston's a few years ago when I was seriously ill and homebound for many months and CVS kept screwing up my prescriptions. They told me more than once that something was in stock when it wasn't; I am not talking about exotic meds but common ones like Norco (painkiller) and Cipro (anitbiotic). [About the Cipro, the infectious disease doc scoffed and said "What? Is there an outbreak of anthrax I didn't hear about?"] Not being able to get meds when I needed them was a problem and the problem was compounded by the fact that I was homebound, which meant I had to rely on someone else to go pick up my meds, only to get there and find the prescription was not there at all. I had finally had enough and switched to Preston's. Not only did they always have what I needed, for a small fee they also delivered which meant I could stop asking friends and neighbors to do that favor for me. Fortunately I eventually recovered but I still use Preston's and always will. They also compound medications if you need them in that form.

  Preston's is the best choice if you need a compounded medication or an unusual medication. They seem to work miracles that HOSPITAL pharmacies and chain stores can't do!

  I got tired of all the robocalls from CVS re prescription refills I didn't need. And I decided to support a small local business instead of a big corporation. So I moved all of my prescriptions to Preston's and I've never regretted it. I need to remember that it isn't open on Sunday (but I like the idea that the staff gets to have a day completely off). Otherwise, I've been very happy with their service. The prescription refill phone number works 100% of the time, and there is almost never a line.

  Best pharmacy around! Staff and pharmacists are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, nice, helpful, and have many times by gone out of their way to work with me whenever a problem has come up thanks to my overpriced, lousy health insurance being nothing but an on-going conundrum, at the very least, 99% of the time. They'll special order rare pharmacy items, from finely ground l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) to wheelchairs to essential oils and certain homeopathic remedies! Did I mention that they also will deliver? And they're a compounding pharmacy to boot - an extreme rarity in this day and age! In fact I think they may be one of the very few remaining compounding pharmacies left in the region. Basically, they know what they're doing and are great to deal with. 5-stars. They make CVS Pharmacy look worse than the red-tape-unhelpful-stupid company it already is - yes I LOATHE cvs with a passion - and never fill scripts than unless it's an absolutely dire Emergancy.
