  Smiling people but that doesn't help you get your car buying experience any better. I liked a listing that I see online and I called this guy name Edgar, nice on the phone and kept asking me to come in the dealership to see the car. I told him that's the price I am willing to pay that was only $1000 less then the asking price that was very reasonable compared to other offers. Edgar clearly mention, we will work on the price with you then when I really wanted into the dealership he made me met his sales guy Jorge who was also nice and polite but couldn't work out a deal for me as he asked his manager twice and came back to me saying that his manager will not willing to even take off $500 off the listed price, instead kept talking about there own imaginary price that they came up with that was about $4000 more than the listed price telling me they are letting it go for a lesser price and that was not true at all. I spend about 4 hours of my precious time and left that dealership without a car. Not to mention the fact they advertised that car was Toyota certified and when I walked in the dealership they disclosed, its not, but its there dealership certified and I don't know what that means. Also the manager was not helpful at all has made no conversation about the price. I gave them a very reasonable offer because I was really there to buy the car but turned out they really didn't wanted to sell it and I have no idea really why they did that. Worst experience for me especially when I looked at the reviews and I thought its a good one. Didn't Worked for me and very disappointed with there sales approach. Didn't even get to talk about other stuff, like there documentation fees, dealer fees and what not. Liked the car though I went to see but will be considering may be a different Brand like Honda as I mentioned and explained them that my whole family is a Toyota family and we all drive Toyota but no loyalty shown from TOYOTA and will surely be going for HONDA instead and Recommending it to the family members as Well.
