  I arrived at 4:43 for the "10 minute oil change" and I was told that they were closed already. I pointed out that their posted hours are until 5, buy this made no difference. Never mind that an oil change place that closes at five already makes no sense (you can't go after work), they don't even respect their own hours. They told me that "an oil change takes time." If you want to stop seeing customers after 4:30, post those as your hours.

  You get a nice exterior car wash for $5 and have a 48-hour rain guarantee. If it rains within 48 hours of your getting your car washed, you'll get one for free. They also have a senior citizens discount. Check all the specials.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went to Prestige to get my car hand cleaned and they broke off my antenna in the process. There was no sign that said I needed to remove it beforehand. The owner was nasty and made me wrong but agreed to replace it. Today they replaced my antenna and it doesn't work. At all. Just static. When I spoke to the mechanic to tell him it was still broken he was unwilling to fix it as was the owner. Forget it. I'm going to take my car to my own mechanic and pay for the repair out of pocket. The offensive sign that offers $2 off to ladies on Sunday's should have tipped me off. Don't waste your money here.

  They're great if you need a quick oil change without getting other services pushed on you. But if you do need other repairs, their prices on brakes, exhaust system,etc, are reasonable.
