  I will never use this cleaners again. They stained my bridesmaid dress, had no remorse, and did not offer any solutions. I had to plea that they remove the stains ASAP before the wedding, and they reluctantly did it. They refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service, and very poorly managed business. In addition, I had asked that they steam the dress, and they couldn't even do that properly.

  Despite the fact that they have a great and convenient location they are incredibly Irresponsible with deadlines and with your clothes. I had a $1000 jacket severely damaged to an irreparable state due to the incompetence of the staff and all I got back as compensation was a $150 credit. Please don't bring your clothes here. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Other than that they do a crappy job. Hope this helps.
