::I am impressed. I won't use them again, but it is not their fault. I have a serious problem with scents and instructed them not to use anything scented. When the laundry arrived it reeked of scent (to me). I complained and first, they refunded my money. Then they tried to figure out a solution, but I think we agreed there isn't one. A commercial laundry is going to smell of laundry and my body reacts to that as if it were perfume. The refund went through in minutes. I would recommend them to everyone.
