  Ray Putt was wonderful to work with. Not only did he make himself available any time for questions, he provided professional and thorough advice and counsel. He made our first time home buying experience so much less stressful, and worked directly with the selling agent and our realtor when need be. Overall, a wonderful professional and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

  This is the second time we worked with Ray and he is fantastic. We are active duty military who were buying in a separate state, and Ray was located in a third state. It was a seamless process, he was always available to us and our real estate agent (who was three time zones away), and gave us great advice, which enabled us to lock in a rate before they shot up. We will always work with Ray, regardless on where we live or where we are buying.

  I've now used Presidential Bank, and specifically Mr. Putt, three times, and every time is a top notch experience. Mr. Putt is extremely smart, knowledgeable, informed, responsive, and helpful. He just helped us buy a house in Northern Virginia with a VA Loan and we closed in 30 days, but would have been ready to close even much earlier than that if needed. The best!
