  The owner is a cheating thief!!! I had over 200+ DVDs, which they pay .25 cents each, and after totalling over $46., the owner stepped in an said he'd give me $15 for the 3 boxes!!! I cursed him out and NEVER went back! I heard they went out of business and couldn't be more happy!!!

  They have blatantly stolen items but when you ask for a specific model they say "you have to call the police, we can't tell you whats in our back." It looks like a nice place, but they don't understand their industry. Becoming a stolen item hub of central Islip this company has no place in the industry. I see a reply to my review calling me salty. I think you do not understand if someone robbed your house and literally brought it next door sold everything then the people next door say nope we can't tell you if that's in stock. That is an awful place. C.i. Isn't awful but with this place around it actually attracted a lot of unwanted people.

  so I took my Fender strat in mint condition with the case and extra stuff and the offered me pennies on the dollar.

  One of the better places I've experienced, staff is usually very polite . they seem to always have new people working there though every few months which is odd. I can't complain about anything really. It the place ill always use from here on out, even though its a little out of the way for me, especially having pawn places in between me and there as well . always have been offered reasonable prices for my items . if your reading this trying to figure out where to bring your old electronics / tools / jewelery, stop by and give this place a shot. It'll be well worth it.

  Haha.. Josh jm is a lil salty. Sounds like he doesn't understand their industry either.. or the law for that matter. It's a decent pawn shop. The staff is a lil less knowledgeable in all of the items they carry, but no one can know everything .Very courteous and respectful. However, their offers are often pretty low when selling to them, at least in my experience selling them a few power tools. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I will certainly be back in the future.
