  Dropped 55 pounds of laundry off yesterday. Was told it would be ready today. I go there and it's locked and my clothes are just sitting there. We ran into another customer who was experiencing the same thing and had been there earlier than us. No note on the door. They didn't call me. My wife and I have next to no clean clothes. Gave them my business after a poor experience at my previous place that I went to for five years. They will never get my business again.
