  Bought a unit from these guys about three years ago. Now it constantly runs waste water. There has been a big increase in my water bill. They were really good at trying to help and selling me one new part after another. None of them worked. When I became irritated with the problem all contact with the company stopped. I guess as long as they can keep selling you parts and taking your money they are great. Onto another brand for me.

  I have had a Watts RO Pure system for 9 years along with 2 of their hot water recirculation systems and a refrigerator filter system with great reliability and satisfactory results. I have traveled thru a learning curve on the installation and operation of the systems and their excellent phone service has always been there to help me along the way. Their shipping is fast and at a fair rate and I will continue to use Watts products. Their phone support system is busy because most of us aren't plumbing experts but they are ALWAYS HELPFUL and I find they really care about customer satisfaction.

  BAD COMPANY! We ordered a few filters for our reverse osmosis system. They charged us about $50 just to ship them to us which seems very high for such a light package. On top of that our order was shorted one filter. The invoice clearly shows QTY:4 for the carbon filter and we only received 3. We also received the wrong fitting for one of the other filters. Wasn't too upset with that as it happens, so I contacted the company about the issue and they never got back to me. Just asked for more information which I gave them, then nothing (been over a week now). Just a bad company that doesn't care about customers. Thanks for stealing our money!

  I have contacted your technical support and customer service this month 3 times already, spoke with 3 different people. The first Tech took all my information and looked like I would have the replacement for my leaking faucet/dispenser in a few days (3 stage under sink water filtration system, I have already replaced it once before and now it's leaking again) . After waiting for over a week I have called again on status, nobody could find my records. Talked with CS, Tech, nothing. I was told someone would call me back. Of course days went by and no call back. Finally I have called again, spoke with Omar Reyes on April 14, got email from him requesting pictures on April 17, I have replied with images on Apr 20. Received no reply from Omar so I emailed him again on April 24 and today 4/26. NO REPLY! Is this company for real?! I have wasted more of my valuable time than the stupid faucet is worth new. Definitely do not count for any support from this company after purchase!!
