  New place right off the highway but it’s too small and there inventory is small but it’s the only ford dealership in bay ridge Bensonhurst dyker heights but GMC is opening up a huge state of the art car sales service and leasing that’s going to make the ford dealership hard to make money

  As of this posting the company went bankrupt. Leased two cars from this dealer with little fan fare.

  I BROUGHT MY LEASED 2017 FORD FUSION TO THE SERVICE DEPT BECAUSE OF A RUBBING NOISE. THEY SAID IT WAS THE BEARING AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE1-2 DAYS. THEY KEPT IT FOR 5 DAYS... WHEN I FINALLY PICKED THE CAR UP, I DROVE AROUND FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS AND THE CAR BROKE DOWN!!!!! I HAD IT TOWED BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPT AND THEY SAID THE AXLE SNAPPED!!! I HAD THE CAR FOR A YEAR WITH NO ISSUE UNTIL THEY KEPT IT FOR SO LONG. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO FIX!!! AND THEY DONT GIVE OUT LOANERS OR REIMBURSE FOR RENTALS BECAUSE THEY WENT BANKRUPT!!!!! SO BASICALLY IM SCREWED WITH NO CAR TO GET AROUND..PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A BETTER FORD DEALER, OR JUST THROW THE WHOLE FORD AWAY!!!!! SIDE NOTE, THE CAR WAS FINE BEFORE I TOOK IT TO THEM, I WAS OUT OF WORK FOR A WEEK, NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 FOR A CAR. THE ACTUAL FORD COMPANY COULDNT EVEN HELP BECAUSE THEY SAID ALL DEALERS OPERATE INDIVIDUALLY AND THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO.

  Horrendous. Awful. Appalling. These are words I would use to describe Bay Ridge Ford. The only 5 star reviews come from company shills. Ford is a great company. Bay Ridge Ford is not. Bay Ridge Ford should take all their David Todd's and Edwin's and the rest of their gaudy trash that they decided to impose upon the citizens of Brooklyn and move back to the backwoods of Staten Island, from where they came from. I look forward to the day that this place is demolished, bulldozed, and remains just a tiny blip in my memory. This is not what car-buying or leasing should be about. This is just old-school seedy sales in the flesh. If the new generation wants to be educated about how sales were conducted in the times of yore, come on over to Bay Ridge Ford! They will most certainly show you!
