  If I could provide negative stars I would. This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Their staff onsite at events don't know what they are doing. They have next to no knowledge of the venue they are working in and they don't appear to even care to learn about the venue they will be working in for the company that has hired them. They seem to learn about the venue onsite and that creates audio/visual issues for presenters and meeting planners. They make the entire event look ridiculous and ill-managed to the paid attendees. This is a very unprofessional company. I would never recommend that anyone use their services.
