  This is where I usually park at PHL. A lot safer than even the airport garage which I stopped using after having my car broken into and a colleagues stolen. Usually pretty quick to and from the airport but, as others have noted, in the last year or so it seems like fewer, more crowded shuttles with longer wait times. Last week we kept circling the garage multiple times before shuttle actually departed for the terminal. On a Friday return to PHL, people in terminal D were really angry as multiple full shuttles had gone by and were unable to fit them all.

  Use this pre-flight parking lot for the 2nd time. Great experience both times. In the future when I fly out of PHL I plan to use this lot again.

  Easy to locate, directed immediately to available parking spot and shuttle picked us up from our spot with zero wait. Return was the same. I recommend reservations ahead so they know to have a shuttle waiting. Excellent, easy, and convenient.

  I have used PreFlight 6 times now and have not had an issue. It is safe, I park my car where I want to, and don't have to worry about it getting damaged like my car did at other long term parking facilities. Shuttles are always readily available in my experience whether on site or at the airport. There was even a recent issue with a charge on my credit card which was taken care of within the business time frame they stated. I plan to continue to leave my care there whenever I fly out of town.
