  very bad experience with Preferred Medical Care. Doctor Haider Ahmed is good but very poor service. It's happened twice with me in two different appointment. My appointment was at 5:40PM and i was waiting for my call keep waiting for over 2 hours, but they were serving wake-in patients before me and its all about who you know in this place. 4 walk in patients was checked by doctor but i was still there after 2 and half hours no call. then I just left and never back again (this office run same as Bangladesh system). now I have new doctor very professional at Castle Hill Family Practice.

  Good service and we'll behaved. The doctor is excellent. There is enough room for improvement in maintaining proper timing.
