  I would have given them a no star, this service is anything but preferred. I usually don't write a review, but this company seems insisting on being disrespectful to people times. They were supposed to deliver a bed, wheelchair and a lift after giving a window of when to deliver they called tree time to change the time I basically spent the whole dat at home waiting for them, and when they brought the equipment they forgot the lift, we had to go through the same waiting game to deliver the lift but this time they forgo the sling that is used with the lift to lift a patient. When they called to pick up the equipment I as dreading it =. The original window of time was 3 to 5. We made sure we were there, they call and changed it to 5:30, I cancelled my appointment and waited for them. 5;30 they called and said a new window 8 to 10:30. I couldn't but hang up on them.
