I took my car here for a flat tire. The shop identified that my brake fluid needed to be changed. They performed a flush. A week later my brake light came on. I did not think anything of it considering everything was running fine. After roughly two weeks, my brakes failed, almost completely on the highway, almost causing an accident. I took it to the Midas in Towson MD, near my work. They inspected the car and found that there was no brake fluid in the master cylinder. Midas confirmed that the only logical solution is that the vehicle had not been topped off after the system was flushed. Fixing the issue cost $302. Precision Tune Auto Care informed me they would have to inspect the car before paying refunding me. My car was already being worked on by Midas at the time, so I told them I would bring the car in early the following week. The manager could not identify any leak, or other defect which would cause brake fluid to leak from the car but refused to acknowledge the possibility (or probability) that his mechanic had made an error. He offered to pay $302 for the work the other shop had performed, or allow me to speak to customer service. I opted to do the following feeling I was entitled to a refund for work performed incorrectly, and for the cost of fixing it. Customer service called me back the day later offering to pay $135!!. He stated that me having my car worked on by another facility voided the warranty, and that his mechanic had not inspected my vehicle so I was not entitled to more. My invoice did not contain any information about a warranty, and the manager of the store failed to mention that me simply fixing the solution at another store so I could drive it to him to inspect would void the warranty. I have a life, I cannot agree to have a the car towed to the shop, pay for a rental to get home, and back to my place of duty the next day on the off chance they will take responsibility for the mistake. This is plain and simple the worst customer service I have received in my entire life. The staff seemed more concerned with deflecting blame then taking responsibility for the fact that their inattention to detail could have caused death or serious bodily injury to me or anyone else on the road with me.

I decided to give this place a second chance. The first time I took my truck in for some work, just changing tires out. Wasn't too much of an issue, but when I came to pick it up they tried to have me changing struts, shocks, cv joints etc, I just hit 50k on it by the way. This time, I took a jeep in to have new wheels put on. They had a quote 40$ cheaper than anywhere else to swap the tires and tpms sensors over to the new wheels so I took it in. A couple hours later they call saying the wheels are apart but I need to spend another 150 for a seal kit to change the sensors over. I had already paid when I dropped it off. I asked for money back since I paid them to do a job and they only did half. They said no and we would work something out, what that meant was they would put a "note" on my account there saying issue with sensors. What a joke. I paid 170$ to have tires put on wheels. I will never go back here, nor will I let any of my Soldiers go here either. I work on base, and even after so many complaints by my co-workers I still have them a second chance and I was shown why anywhere else would be better than this chop shop. They try to upswell everyone, which is common, but you'd think you'd be a little better than the shady shops off base when you have an opportunity to run your business on a military installation. Save yourself time and money and go to NTB, or anywhere else. Forgot to mention they put the new spare tire I had on the back of my jeep on the front so now there's a used tire on the back, ridiculous! That should have never happened either, easy thing to keep track of and they failed that too.

Went there for battery oil change and brake pads with rotors. They said 995 and told me I had leak in oil pan. I went to another shop they showed me that precision didn't even screw my plug back tight and had no leak. Charged half the price for the work. Tried charging me 325 for a part and said the labor was the same price never go to this spot on post they will try rip you off

I try not to say bad things about any business but people deserve to know what you are getting when you come into this shop. Let's start with the fact I mentioned several times that I thought there was a draw... my car was not starting after a day of not driving. I drop it of with them thinking they will take care of it. Nope. They didn't do a full electrical diagnosis which is what I thought I was paying for, they only checked my charging system AND DID A TERRIBLE JOB WITH THAT TOO! suggested I replace my battery, so I did. Stop driving the car for a day again, it dies. So I go in to my family's mechanic (the best!!! Glens auto in Rockville, highly recommended) they tell me that first off that the alternator had a very loose connection (part of the charging system) and that the battery was not clamped down (also part of the charging system). So respond Percision auto.. do you honestly think you did a good job? Because you just checked the Charging system. And my problems had to do with specifically that! Never going back to you guys.
