From the inception, the project had some unique challenges, working around a piano, rectifying some earlier water damage and customizing the color to meet my specific requirements.   After interviewing three hardwood floor companies, Precision Floors was a standout. Russ took his time explaining everything and when asked questions took the time to answer. He was flexible with scheduling and his workers were very knowledgable and very talented. Precision Hardwood Flooring seamlessly transitioned our new hardwood floor into our old hardwood floor. We love the selection of choices he has- in which we chose the medium brown color (LOVE). Also, on his recommendation we chose the water base finish which dried very quickly and did not keep us out of the house very long (plus NO smell!).

  Recently had my red oak hardwood floors refinished by Precision. Very easy to do business with, prompt and courteous. The owner Russ provided an estimate when he came over to look at the job. I had gotten one other estimate and he was very competively priced. His workers are professional, hardworking and helpful. Overall it was a positive experience which is not necessarily the norm when I've dealt with contractors in the past. I was very happy with the results and would recommend Precision to others.   Russ and his team were on time and got the job done in the estimated time he said it would take. We got oil based flooring done with quite a bit of sanding. We opted for the dark walnut color and love it! Russ and his team were courteous, timely and did a great job. Highly recommend!

  We hired Russ and his team to help us with our finished attic, which is to be our family/game room. After speaking to him for a while to discuss our project we felt he was the best one for the job. He was able to get us cork flooring, which is somewhat tough to find in the area. His prices were fair and we were happy to support a business local to our area. The job was completed quickly and the work was clean. I would absolutely recommend Russ and Precision Flooring!
