  Several years ago Pain Mngt Dr. told I can't lift more than 20 lbs. or wind up cripple and was getting epidural injections. I met Dr Jerry and my back problems have not crippled me. I write this now because my latest episode of discomfort came this past week where I became dizzy turning over in bed and standing up. Dr Mendez pinpointed the area of concern in my neck, adjusted, dizziness gone. Has been for over 2 weeks now. He is a Dr with Great Hands. He knows his Craft.

  Dr. Jerry has been the only Chiropractor/PT/Doctor that was able to fix my lingering back and hip pain. I had it for over 2 years and have tried many different doctors/treatments to fix it. Nothing worked. I finally googled Gonstead Chiropractors near my location and he came up. THANK GOD I found him. I forgot what it felt like to feel normal!

  I highly recommend Dr. Mendez. I had been receiving care from other chiropractors, but still had issues with pain and numbness throughout my body. I have been seeing Dr. Mendez for just over two months. Being under his care has greatly reduced the pain and numbness while improving my quality of life. From being able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain, to eliminating digestive problems, it has been truly life changing. My health continues to improve with each adjustment. Dr Mendez is a great doctor, and a genuine person.

  MY MOTHER WALKED AGAIN! The precision family health dynamic duo that is Dr.Jerry Mendez and his wife Rachel Mendez will make you feel like part of the family, from initial consultation to going through treatment, it is a very comfortable experience. My mother wasn't able to walk for months, her mobility in her legs just completely shut down and when we went to hospitals they didn't know what it was, it actually got to the point where I thought she wouldn't walk EVER again. One day my basketball coach referred me to Dr.Mendez and his practice, so we decided to try it and after just 2 weeks of treatment my mother was able to stand up and take baby steps, eventually walking faster and now back to running as if her ability to walk never went away. I highly reccomend Dr.Mendez and thank him for giving my mother back something we all take for granted, the ability to walk and stand.

  I love Dr. Mendez so much!! His method is truly something I've never experienced with another chiropractor before. I feel so amazing every time I come here! My body completely decompresses. And I LOVE that I can schedule my appointments via text!! So convenient. Dr. Mendez is a hidden gem in Hackensack!!
