  Most honest people in the business! Loved the attention to detail for my suits, and they seem very knowledgeable with their recommendations for my clothes. Received my clothes back clean and crisp. The lady that works there is super super sweet!

  If there was a rating in the negative scale,Precious Cleaners would receive it. They are overpriced, incompetent, and distastefully mannered. They broke the zipper off my coach jacket twice and tried to disguise with a different zipper (which they put on upside down). Not only did they not take any responsibility over it but they decided to yell and insult us for wanting a refund. DO NOT GO
