::What an awesome experience! We had a birthday party for my nine year old daughter and 22 of her very excited friends. Powerflow Yoga Kids made the party practically effortless. The instructors were kind and caring, keeping the girls together and focused on the excersises. After the class, there was pizza and cake. We were never rushed and could even relax a bit. Everyone on the Powerflow team was very helpful, kind and considerate . These people have a good thing going on here! Highly recommend!

::A warm atmosphere where kindness matters, love for children is the foundation and a vision for a more peaceful future is the goal. At 2.5 years old, I know my son won't sit through class perfectly or remember how to do the poses, but he will soak in his surroundings. He will be taught by teachers who are on a peaceful path and learn that yoga is a safe place to be himself and to find himself.
