  I love PFY! The instructors are very friendly and they really know their stuff. As a former gymnast, I struggled with certain poses and the instructors took the time to help me understand what I need to work on. The environment of the studio is so calming and it is always kept clean. I really enjoy going to PFY every week!

  I have been to this studio multiple times and I highly recommend it. The last class I took was particularly beneficial. I brought a friend of mine who, after class, is a converted yogi. The instructor: Jessica was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She guided everyone in the class through each pose and made sure that everyone understood the positioning so as not to injure yourself. The class was challenging, but would be great for all levels.

  Instructors are very knowledgeable of yoga for both mind an body. They are extremely caring and motivating. The facilities are spotless. I always walk out feeling great!

  The best place to sweat it out for an hour's respite from a chaotic New York metro world.) Very positive energetic setting and instructors!
