  It's easy to feel intimidated in a gym setting, but the trainers at Power of One immediately made me feel comfortable! I thought I had been doing good work-outs on my own, but after being trained one-on-one, I soon realized I was missing out on tons of exercises that targeted muscles I didn't even know I had! This place has increased my confidence, improved my agility, and has kept me on track with a healthy lifestyle!!
